Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your core duties will include:
- Operating, adjusting, and performing basic troubleshooting on production machinery.
- Managing material changes and feeding systems to ensure continuous workflow.
- Executing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S activities to uphold equipment reliability and workplace organization.
- Strictly complying with all quality control measures and safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively within a team environment on a rotating shift schedule.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- A strong, diligent work ethic and a high sense of responsibility for safety and quality.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
