Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our repair and testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards. Your core duties will include:
- Performing meticulous visual inspections on products prior to testing to confirm they are ready and compliant.
- Conducting systematic tests to identify defective components or system areas, and accurately documenting all findings in the RMA repair database.
- Executing Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades on systems as required.
- Following testing procedures and supervisor instructions precisely to maintain efficiency and consistency.
- Adhering to standardized processes and schedules to meet daily repair volume and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Complying with all company and departmental policies, including safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a solid technical foundation. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related certificate. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A fundamental understanding of PC, system, and server operations, including basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux.
- Practical skills in using diagnostic hand tools for hardware evaluation and repair.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic production setting.
- A reliable, accountable work ethic and a professional, solution-oriented mindset as a collaborative team player.
