Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the essential support that keeps our showroom and warehouse running smoothly. Your day will be varied and hands-on, including:
- Receiving incoming stock and preparing outgoing orders for dispatch, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Assisting customers in the showroom with a friendly, helpful attitude and supporting the preparation of flooring materials like carpet, vinyl, and tiles for installation.
- Creating and maintaining attractive, organised product displays in our showroom and tile gallery.
- Ensuring the warehouse and showroom areas are always clean, safe, and professionally presented.
- Supporting our installation teams with timely deliveries of materials to job sites and assisting with various manual tasks as needed.
- Helping to monitor stock levels of key installation accessories and supplies.
Qualifications
No prior experience in flooring is necessary we provide full on-site training. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and foundation:
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable nature.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to safely lift items up to 25kg and be on your feet for the full workday.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent reliability and a team-player mindset.
- This role is an ideal fit for a school leaver or someone seeking their first stable, full-time position and may lead to a floorcovering apprenticeship for the right candidate.
