 Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be trained to:

  • Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks on products and materials.
  • Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace following all company protocols.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications 

This position is part of an LMIA-supported program. To be considered, you must meet the following essential criteria:

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a factory, manufacturing, warehousing, or similar manual role.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work shifts (e.g., days, afternoons, weekends) as required.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety.
  • Proficiency in English (or French, if in Quebec) sufficient to understand safety instructions and communicate with team members.

Immigration Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must reside outside of Canada at the time of application.
  • Must be eligible to receive a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and apply for a closed work permit.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical exam.
  • Must be able to provide a clear police certificate from your country of residence.

For successfully hired candidates, we offer:

  • LMIA Support: We will provide the necessary documentation for your work permit application.
  • Relocation Assistance: A structured support package to help with initial settlement costs*.
  • Accommodation: Employer-provided or arranged initial accommodation for the first [e.g., 30-90 days] to assist your transition.

  • A competitive hourly wage, with a base pay range of $30,000 – $50,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time hours).
