Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, carefully checking items and quantities for accuracy
- Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in our stockroom for easy access and efficient retrieval
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and walkie stackers to move stock safely
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements using our inwards/outwards goods register
- Support customers with click-and-collect purchases, providing friendly and efficient service
- Keep both the stockroom and sales floor tidy and well-organized throughout your shift
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone reliable who takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team:
- Previous experience in a retail storeroom or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting and moving stock within safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision
- Friendly communication skills and willingness to help customers with their collections
- Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday each week
- Willingness to undergo a Ministry of Justice check as required for our industry
- While machinery experience is beneficial, full training will be provided for the right candidate
