Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the face of our brand, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors:
- Provide friendly, helpful service by greeting customers and answering their questions about products
- Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Help create appealing product displays that showcase our best deals and promotions
- Keep the store organized and tidy, ensuring everything is in its place
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and share ideas
- Stay positive and adaptable during busy periods, handling multiple tasks with ease
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who bring the right attitude and energy to our team:
- A genuine enjoyment of working with people and creating positive customer experiences
- Natural communication skills and a positive, can-do approach to work
- Ability to handle customer questions and feedback professionally
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Flexibility to work the required rostered hours, including weekends
- No previous retail experience needed – we value attitude over experience
