Your Role in Ensuring Quality and Safety

As a CIP/Sanitation Operator, you will be the critical link in our production cycle, ensuring all equipment meets the highest standards of cleanliness. Your key responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring our specialized Clean-In-Place (CIP) system to thoroughly clean and sanitize tanks, pipelines, and processing equipment.
Safely disassembling, manually cleaning, and reassembling production equipment according to strict protocols.
Performing detailed cleaning of processing vats, mixing equipment, and various tools like scoops, totes, and containers.
Maintaining general facility sanitation, including cleaning floors and work areas.
Strictly following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), plant policies, and federal/state safety regulations.
Troubleshooting minor issues and collaborating with the production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
Completing all required documentation and taking on special projects as assigned.

The ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and work effectively within set deadlines.

The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cooperatively as part of a team.
Comfort working in an environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals, fumes, and dust, with all necessary safety protocols and PPE provided.
A commitment to adhering to all quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Nice-to-Have (But We Will Train):

Prior related experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or a similar industrial setting is a plus, but we are committed to training the right motivated candidate.
