Your Mission: Daily Operations and Excellence

You will be the operational anchor of the warehouse, responsible for a wide range of critical functions that ensure customer satisfaction and operational fluidity. Your core duties will include:

Managing the complete order fulfillment cycle, from accurate pick and pack processes to the timely dispatch of outgoing shipments.
Overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics, meticulously verifying shipment quantities, quality, and documentation for accuracy.
Leading inventory control activities, including maintaining precise stock records, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement to align stock levels with demand.
Organizing and optimizing the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline the storage and retrieval of goods.
Collaborating daily with transportation, customer service, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless order flow and on-time deliveries.
Utilizing advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update records in real-time, and generate operational reports.
Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Upholding strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order errors, or operational bottlenecks promptly.
Providing exceptional support by addressing customer and internal inquiries regarding order status and logistics.

The Profile of Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

Your Experience and Skills:

Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a distribution center environment.
Strong familiarity with inventory management principles and warehouse management software-systems.
A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate daily challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
A self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

An Added Advantage:

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus, though solid practical experience is highly valued.
