We are a small, dedicated organic farm nestled in the natural beauty of coastal British Columbia. Your Role on the Farm

As a core member of our farm team, you will be involved in the full cycle of vegetable production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• This will be the focus of your work from June through September, handling a wide variety of organic vegetables with care and attention to quality.
•  Seeding, transplanting, weeding, pruning, trellising, irrigating, and monitoring plant health across our diverse range of crops.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and functional workspaces, tools, and equipment.
•  Assisting with bed preparation, interacting with customers at farmers markets, helping with farm infrastructure projects, making deliveries, and other tasks as needed.

• A strong, consistent work ethic with attention to detail, able to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent physical fitness for daily, repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, walking, carrying, standing) and the resilience to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A true team spirit, enjoying both independent work and collaboration, with a commitment to prioritizing the team’s overall success.
• Outstanding personal qualities: the ability to give/receive constructive feedback, strive for open communication, be punctual and accountable, and assume positive intent in others.

Season Details And Perk

This is a full-time seasonal position designed to be a rewarding experience.

•  $20.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
•  On-farm housing is available, making it easy to immerse yourself in the farm lifestyle.
•  Enjoy eating the wonderful organic produce we grow.
• We encourage and will help coordinate a one-week paid vacation during the season so you can explore the incredible qathet region.
• Live and work in the beautiful qathet Regional District of British Columbia.
