Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of our company for many clients, entrusted with the safe and timely delivery of our services. Your core duties will include:

Safely operating an automatic company van to deliver clean laundry orders to businesses and homes according to a set schedule.
Providing exceptional, courteous service at each delivery, professionally handling any customer questions or special instructions.
Accurately verifying delivery details and orders to ensure every customer receives the correct items.
Maintaining the delivery vehicle in a clean, tidy, and well-presented condition at all times.
Communicating clearly with the dispatch team regarding your route status, schedule adherence, and any delivery issues.
Assisting with loading and unloading laundry bags, which requires safe manual handling.

Qualifications

A current, clean full New Zealand driver’s licence.
