Key Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates for two distinct but equally important roles:

For the Carpenter Position:

• Execute all carpentry work throughout the hotel premises, including repairs, installations, and custom projects.
• Ensure the highest quality of finish and meticulous attention to detail in every task, from major renovations to minor touch-ups.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineering and facilities teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to all hotel safety protocols.

For the Electrical Technician Position:

• Conduct daily repair and maintenance of the hotel’s air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems.
• Perform routine inspections of building systems to identify and preempt potential issues.
• Utilize multi-skilled capabilities to address a variety of maintenance requests efficiently.
• Complete all work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Requirements for the Carpenter:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional carpentry experience. Experience within a hotel or similar hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
• Proven proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques and applications.
• A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform shift duties as required.

Requirements for the Electrical Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience. Hotel engineering experience is preferred.
• Must be a holder of a Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license (Grade A or above) and a valid Green Construction Industry Safety Card.
• Experience in air-conditioning system repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Must be capable, attentive to detail, able to work independently, and available for shift duties.
