Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject specialty, catering to a range of student abilities.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes student learning and respect.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, parent-teacher conferences, and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to the school’s co-curricular and pastoral programs, supporting the holistic growth of students.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Must be a fully qualified teacher, fulfilling all requirements for teacher registration as stipulated by the Education Bureau (EDB).
- Holder of a valid First Aid Certificate.
- A relevant university degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A demonstrated passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student-centered learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
