Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general labouring duties across different construction sites as directed.
  • Support concreting, patching, and site preparation tasks depending on your experience.
  • Follow workplace safety standards and comply with all site requirements.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work independently when required and contribute effectively to team tasks.
  • Assist with problem-solving on site and ensure work is completed to expected quality levels.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
  • 11084NAT – Course in Asbestos Awareness
  • 10830NAT – Course in Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Concreting experience or previous work in similar roles
  • Additional industry tickets or certifications
  • A consistent record of punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Practical problem-solving skills and initiative on the job
