Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties across different construction sites as directed.
- Support concreting, patching, and site preparation tasks depending on your experience.
- Follow workplace safety standards and comply with all site requirements.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work independently when required and contribute effectively to team tasks.
- Assist with problem-solving on site and ensure work is completed to expected quality levels.
Mandatory Requirements:
- CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
- 11084NAT – Course in Asbestos Awareness
- 10830NAT – Course in Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Concreting experience or previous work in similar roles
- Additional industry tickets or certifications
- A consistent record of punctuality and strong work ethic
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Practical problem-solving skills and initiative on the job
- A dependable and professional attitude
