Key Responsibilities
As a Tea Specialist, you will be the heart of our customer experience and brand education. Your role will be diverse and engaging, including:
- Acting as the in-store tea expert, educating customers about our unique tea varieties, origins, brewing techniques, and the story behind our brand.
- Conducting engaging tea tastings and workshops for customers, as well as leading training sessions for new store team members to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create authentic content and campaigns that highlight our tea philosophy and products.
- Staying ahead of tea trends and customer preferences in the local market to help us continuously adapt and delight our community.
- Traveling to different store branches to support training, maintain quality standards, and connect with teams across the region.
Qualifications

- A genuine passion for tea, craftsmanship, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Any bachelor’s degree is welcome. Organizational or professional experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.

- Willingness and ability to travel to various store locations as needed.
