Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the site expert for our Maximo system and lead digital initiatives, ensuring our facilities and maintenance operations run on a foundation of robust data and efficient processes.
Maximo System Administration:
- Administer, configure, and support the IBM Maximo application (modules including Assets, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and Purchasing).
- Manage the complete user lifecycle: process access requests, assign security groups, conduct periodic access reviews, and ensure training compliance.
- Ensure data integrity, create new assets and maintenance plans in Maximo, and generate Business Intelligence reports and queries.
- Act as the primary liaison for all Maximo-related matters between system users, the business, and IT support.
Digitalization Strategy and Support:
- Develop and execute the site’s digitalization strategy using tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement digital solutions, oversee project delivery, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Act as the site Subject Matter Expert for digitalization tools, providing insights and recommendations based on progress monitoring.
Operational and Administrative Support:
- Support the Facilities and Maintenance (F&M) team with administrative tasks such as managing service contracts, raising purchase requests, and processing invoices.
- Handle calibration and PM reminders, file certificates, and support team needs like stationary and pantry supplies management.
- Provide crucial support during customer audits, ensuring findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation in CMMS systems and digital tools. The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma-Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Maximo-BMS system administration, including generating reports and providing escalation support.
- Hands-on experience with digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate; knowledge of RPA is an advantage.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and data analysis; SQL knowledge is beneficial.
- In-depth functional knowledge of asset management, inventory, preventive maintenance, and work order processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- An IBM Maximo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
