Key Responsibilities
As an F&B Operations Executive, you will be immersed in all aspects of running and growing our retail business. Your core duties will include:
- Assisting the Country Manager in the execution of our aggressive expansion strategy, ensuring new and existing outlets operate to the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance.
- Participating in a structured management training program with rotations across core commercial functions like Sales and Marketing, preparing you to lead and manage operations effectively.
- Serving as a vital link to Japan HQ, ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing promotions, events, and initiatives, including online store management.
- Conducting regular outlet checks and audits to ensure all company policies, procedures, and brand standards are meticulously followed.
- Working as both a collaborative team member and an emerging leader, helping to train and develop outlet staff to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for a high-potential candidate with a strong foundation and leadership traits. The ideal profile includes:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in F and B, retail, operations, or a related commercial field.
- A proven track record in non-academic or co-curricular activities demonstrating leadership. Must be highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Keen business sense, excellence in critical thinking, and strong analytical skills to understand and contribute to commercial decisions.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively and leading when necessary.
- A passion for the F and B confectionery industry is a strong advantage. Must be willing to work 5 days a week (44 hours), including occasional weekends and public holidays, with mobility across island-wide locations.
