Key Responsibilities

You will be the crucial safety guardian inside our autonomous vehicles. Your primary duties will include:

• Assuming the driver’s seat with full readiness to manually take control of the vehicle at any moment to ensure safety.
• Actively and continuously monitoring the vehicle’s autonomous systems, road conditions, traffic, and surroundings for any anomalies or hazards.
• Strictly adhering to and enforcing all operational and safety protocols during every shift.
• Engaging professionally and courteously with passengers or members of the public during operations.
• Accurately and promptly documenting any technical issues, incidents, or near-miss events through detailed reports.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who embody a safety-first philosophy and possess:

• A valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving licence. A clean driving record with 0 demerit points for the past 3 years is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior situational awareness.
• A proactive, safety-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.
• No prior experience in autonomous vehicles is required—comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
