Key Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive support across a range of HR functions. Your key duties will include:
- Providing administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including the preparation of employment documents, staff passes, and work pass applications (e.g., Employment Pass).
- Assisting with interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting reference checks and verifying candidate information.
- Accurately entering and maintaining employee data in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Handling general HR inquiries and providing support to employees on administrative matters.
- Assisting with the coordination of HR projects, meetings, and events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior internship or experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
