Working under the mentorship of our QA Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of testing our acclaimed Anthem, Paradigm, and Martin Logan audio-video products, helping us maintain our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

You will be a critical link in our product validation process, with duties focused on rigorous testing and creative problem-solving:

• Execute and provide feedback on detailed testing protocols for our range of audio/video electronics, from initial setup to long-term reliability.
• Proactively identify, document, and investigate edge cases and potential product vulnerabilities to expand test coverage.
• Operate a variety of electronic test tools, measurement devices, and diagnostic equipment to validate product performance and diagnose issues.
• Test core product features including integration with streaming services (Google Cast, Spotify, Apple AirPlay), decoding of advanced audio formats (Dolby Atmos, DTS:X), and compatibility with numerous external devices like TVs and gaming consoles.
• Evaluate the user experience across different control methods, including mobile apps, web interfaces, and physical controls.
• Collaborate closely with the QA Lead and engineering teams to review findings, develop new test strategies, and verify solutions.
• Maintain testing equipment and contribute to creating clear, reproducible bug reports.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who embodies the following:

• A genuine passion for consumer electronics, particularly high-fidelity audio and AV equipment.
• A curious, innovative mindset and a “hacker” mentality—you enjoy thinking outside the box to explore how things work and how they might break.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail in following procedures and documenting results.
• Hands-on experience using streaming technologies like Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, and Spotify.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Additional assets that will make your application stand out:

• Practical experience with electronic test tools or soldering equipment.
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
• Formal education in electronics or a related field is beneficial, but we prioritize demonstrated passion and practical skill.
