Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our on-site cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all personnel. Your duties will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of all communal buildings and facilities, including bathrooms, dining areas, and offices.
- Operating a range of industrial cleaning machinery and equipment effectively and safely.
- Completing waste removal and managing basic groundskeeping tasks as required.

- Demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to step up into a supervisory role as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following mandatory requirements:
- A current, valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
- A valid Standard 11 Induction.
- A current Coal Board Medical and pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test clearance.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and follow procedures in a time-sensitive environment.
- A good level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks over a 10-hour shift.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
