Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be essential to our daily distribution flow. Your core duties will include:

• Accurately picking customer orders using voice or scanner technology, including full-case and individual-bag picking on specialized carts.
• Loading product onto route trucks safely and efficiently, using equipment like roller carts.
• Processing returned materials by unloading cardboard and product from trucks back into inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment through general sanitation and clean-up duties.
• Stacking and bundling cardboard for recycling and adhering to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
• Participating in regular team meetings to support continuous improvement and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a team player who combines practical skill with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven forklift experience is required.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team setting.
• Physical capability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
• A valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record is a strong asset.
• Flexibility for a part-time schedule within our distribution center operations.
