Key Responsibilities
As a Building Services Technician, you will ensure our resort’s critical systems operate flawlessly. Your core duties will include:
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance on a wide range of building services, including LV electrical distribution, HVACR systems, fire services, plumbing, and energy management systems (EMS).
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
- Promptly responding to, completing, and reporting all assigned work orders.
- Working at height and across different shifts to support our 365-day-a-year operation.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a qualified and motivated technician with:
- A Certificate in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, a recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building services, electrical, or mechanical installations.
- Familiarity with the systems and characteristics of various building services equipment.
- Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate in Cantonese and English; Putonghua (Mandarin) is a plus.
- A valid driving license for categories 1 or 2 is preferred.
Experience with centralized air-conditioning systems, chiller plants, PLC controls, or pumping systems is a significant advantage.
