With 26 hectares of advanced glasshouses and an expanding packhouse complex, we supply top-quality produce to major domestic and export markets. Your Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficiency and quality of our packhouse logistics and operations. Your core duties will include:

• Safely operating a tractor to transport harvested tomatoes between the packhouse and on-site chillers, maintaining the cold chain.
• Operating and monitoring automated bagging and punnet-filling machinery with attention to detail.
• Assisting with manual packing tasks and preparing necessary packing materials to support the production line.
• Conducting quality inspections, identifying and removing any fruit that does not meet our strict grade standards.
• Providing flexible support across various packhouse stations to maintain workflow, especially during peak periods.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all health, safety, and food safety protocols.

• Flexibility with working hours to meet seasonal demands and production schedules.
• Experience operating a tractor or forklift is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided for a candidate with the right attitude and aptitude.
• Previous experience in a packhouse, warehouse, or similar fast-paced environment is beneficial but not essential.
