Key Responsibilities
We are recruiting for several key positions. You will be expected to:
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general duties to support project workflow.
- Accurately install and align stormwater and conduit pipelines, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Safely and efficiently operate plant machinery such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, rollers, and trucks.
- Perform tasks related to concrete works, including pouring, finishing, curing, and formwork.
All roles require a commitment to teamwork, safety, and maintaining a clean, efficient worksite.
What You Bring
To be successful, you should possess a solid foundation in your trade and the right attitude:
- Previous experience in civil construction or a related field is highly regarded.
- A valid White Card (Construction Induction) is essential for all roles.
- Relevant tickets or licenses are required for Operator and Pipelayer positions.
- The physical ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to following safety protocols without exception.
