Randstad is seeking reliable and safety-focused Civil Labourers to join a growing team working on major construction projects across ACT and NSW. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with drainage, trenching, and pipe-laying activities.
  • Support site preparation and general cleanup to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Move materials, dig, and assist plant operators as required.
  • Set up and pack down work zones, including traffic control support.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the construction team.

Qualifications

  • White Card (CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry).
  • Asbestos and Crystalline Silica Awareness certificates.
  • Reliable transport and own PPE (steel-capped boots, high-visibility clothing).
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual labour tasks.
  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Experience supporting machinery operators or holding spotting/dogging tickets is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow directions safely and efficiently.
