Key Responsibilities
You will be essential to keeping our projects moving smoothly and maintaining high standards. Your key duties will include:
- Performing general labouring tasks on active construction and commercial sites.
- Carrying out skilled maintenance work, including minor repairs, patching, adjustments, and defect rectification.
- Safely and efficiently using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assisting tradespeople as required and following site instructions, plans, and safety protocols.
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for a capable and dependable individual with the right mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in labouring and/or skilled maintenance work.
- Strong practical skills, common sense, and a good work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and high reliability.
- A valid White Card (essential).
- A driver’s licence and own transport (preferred).
