Key Responsibilities
As an Over-the-Counter (OTC) Associate, you will play a key role in the daily success of our pharmacy department. Your responsibilities will ensure a positive experience for every customer and support the efficiency of our team.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to customers, helping them locate over-the-counter health products and answering general questions.
- Maintain a clean, fully-stocked, and inviting sales floor by zoning shelves, rotating products to prevent expiry, and following proper procedures for ordering and pricing.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer privacy and confidentiality, treating all health-related information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Support the pharmacy’s operational goals by assisting with tasks delegated by the Pharmacy Manager, contributing to overall sales and departmental profit.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all areas, from verifying correct price labels to performing basic calibration checks on pharmacy equipment.
