What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble Harvest Products:Â You’ll assemble a range of IoT and telemetry equipment in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards. Precision and attention to detail are essential.
- Take Ownership of Inventory Warehouse:Â Maintain and organise our primary inventory warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and efficient workflow. This is a key responsibility you’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Use Hand Tools Safely and Effectively:Â You’ll be comfortable using a range of hand tools as part of the assembly process.
- Follow Technical Instructions and Safety Procedures:Â Consistently follow processes, technical instructions, and safety protocols to ensure quality and safety.
- Work Collaboratively:Â You’ll be part of a close team environment, working alongside others who share your commitment to quality.
- Solve Basic Problems as They Arise:Â Use your initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently when they come up.

About Harvest Offices
The Harvest offices are located on the outskirts of Masterton and offer a work environment that is friendly and comfortable. Office spaces are up to date with improvements such as sit-stand desks and fresh air recycling systems as standard.

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience
