Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and craft high-quality fruit teas and beverages according to established recipes
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the café and work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a fast-paced yet enjoyable environment
- Assist in restocking ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience is a plus but not required
- Food Handler Certification and Food Safety Certification preferred
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, day or evening, with rotating weekends
- Energetic, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, English required
- Ability to commute or relocate to Tempe, AZ 85288 before starting work
