Our growing team is seeking both a Qualified Carpenter and a 1st-2nd Year Apprentice to join us. We work across a broad range of carpentry, from new build framing and cladding to detailed fixouts and renovations. About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a team that delivers quality across the full spectrum of carpentry. We handle everything from structural framing and external cladding to internal fit-outs and renovation projects. What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be active and varied, contributing to projects from start to finish:

Taking the lead on tasks including precise wall framing, roof framing, installing windows-doors (class work), lock-up fix-out stages, and external cladding. You will also contribute to renovation projects, requiring problem-solving and a high finish standard.
Assisting the lead carpenter in all the above tasks, learning the fundamentals of measuring, cutting, assembly, and safe tool use. You will gain experience in reading plans, material handling, and understanding building sequences.
Working collaboratively on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Who We’re Looking For

For the Qualified Carpenter:

A freshly qualified or recently certified carpenter with a solid foundation in all aspects of the trade.
Proficiency in framing, cladding, and fix-out work.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Own tools and transport.
A commitment to safety and quality.

For the Apprentice (1st or 2nd Year):

Currently enrolled in a carpentry apprenticeship.
A genuine eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and reliability.
The physical ability to handle manual work and a commitment to safety.
Own basic hand tools and transport.
