Key Responsibilities

Your work will be essential to maintaining the high standards that define a Northview property.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential common areas, vacant suites, guest rooms, and renovated units.
• Execute a wide range of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, washing walls and windows, and polishing fixtures.
• Maintain a trash and debris-free environment throughout the building.
• Where applicable, assist with snow removal from walkways and common areas to ensure resident safety.
• Operate industrial carpet cleaners and use appropriate chemical treatments as needed.
• Be available for an on-call rotation and perform other building upkeep duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

• A self-motivated work ethic and the ability to work independently with pride in your finished work are essential.
• Previous experience working in environments that can be very dirty is necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills for positive interactions with residents and team members.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, work with industrial cleaners, and climb stairs while carrying equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to provide a criminal record check free of relevant convictions.
• Flexibility to work overtime or be on-call as needed is important.
