Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a full spectrum of cleaning duties, executed with precision and care:

• Perform detailed cleaning across all areas: including rubbish collection and disposal, thorough dusting, vacuuming of carpets and furniture, and wet/dry mopping of hard floors.
• Conduct specialised sanitisation: clean and sanitise bathrooms (walls, fixtures, toilets, floors) and kitchens (benches, sinks, appliances, floors) to hygiene standards.
• Complete periodic deep-cleaning tasks: such as high dusting of ceilings and fixtures, stain removal from various surfaces, and operating machinery for carpet steam cleaning or floor burnishing and polishing.
• Adhere strictly to safety and compliance protocols: follow the Colour Coding system to prevent cross-contamination, correctly use and dispose of chemicals as per the Environmental Act 1991, and always use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleaning areas and equipment: ensure cleaning cupboards, equipment, and storage areas are clean, sanitised, and organised.
• Support team goals: communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, participate actively as a reliable team member, and complete any other duties as directed.
