Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils thoroughly and efficiently.
• Operate the dishwasher according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Support the kitchen team as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Essential Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic Cantonese communication skills.
• Ability to read Chinese.
• No formal educational requirements—we value hard work and reliability.

Preferred (But Not Essential):

• Experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
