Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train cleaning staff, ensuring all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of light duty cleaners and specialized cleaners, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Inspect sites and facilities regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and addressing issues promptly.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties when needed, stepping in to support the team during busy periods or when additional help is required.

Qualifications
A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must have two to three years of experience in the cleaning industry, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability are essential. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle repetitive physical tasks is important. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. A criminal record check and driver’s validity licence check are required. Candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary and live near the job location. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends is essential.
