About the Role
This is a full-time Cleaning Supervisor position offering a monthly salary between $2,455 and $2,700. You’ll be working across various locations islandwide, depending on where you’re needed most. Your main focus will be to oversee the cleaning team, making sure that all daily and periodic cleaning tasks are completed properly and on time. You’ll also be the point of contact for any client feedback or concerns, handling them promptly and professionally. If you have experience in cleaning or supervision and enjoy staying active throughout the day, this role offers both responsibility and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of appointing new cleaners to job sites and ensuring the right people are placed where they’re needed most.
- Train, guide, and supervise the cleaning team, helping them understand their tasks and do them well.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure all cleaning work meets the required standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting to headquarters when anything needs repair or restocking.
- Address client complaints or feedback immediately, resolving issues efficiently and with a professional attitude.
- Ensure all cleaning activities follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Step in and work hands-on alongside the team whenever the situation calls for it.
- Report any faulty or damaged equipment to headquarters without delay.
- Take on any other reasonable tasks assigned by your superiors to support the overall operation.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates with relevant experience in cleaning, supervision, or team leadership are most welcome to apply.
- If you do not have direct experience but feel you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, your application will still be considered based on individual merit.
- You should be comfortable working a 6-day work week, totalling 44 hours per week.
- Physically able to move around job sites, conduct inspections, and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed.
- Good communication skills to interact with both cleaners and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
- A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and handles complaints or issues with care.
