Key Responsibilities
You’ll be based at one of our prominent client sites, working to a consistent standard that our reputation depends on.
- Perform scheduled cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, desk cleaning, and rubbish removal across commercial offices, school facilities, or industrial sites
- Follow instructions from your Site Manager or Area Supervisor our sites are managed, not just “looked after”
- Maintain company cleaning standards consistently. Not “good enough.” Not “that’ll do.” The standard we’ve built our name on
- Identify and report any incidents, accidents, hazards, or equipment issues immediately
- Work safely, always. Our WHS protocols exist because we want everyone to go home in the same condition they arrived
- Identify and record problems relating to product, process, quality, environment, or OH&S policy
- Raise safety concerns through your supervisor or manager—no question is too small
Qualifications
We need people who take cleaning seriously. Here’s what you’ll need.
You must have:
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Minimum 1 year commercial cleaning experience—you know how to work efficiently and maintain consistent standards
- Proven ability to complete assigned tasks within set timeframes with limited supervision
- Strong work ethic and a genuine “can-do” attitude
- Excellent English speaking and reading skills—you need to understand instructions, safety signage, and client communications
- A smartphone for clocking in and out (our sites use digital time-tracking)
- Current Working With Children Check (for school site placements)
Desirable (site-dependent):
- National Police Check some government or high-security commercial sites require clearance prior to commencement
