BACS Contamination Control is looking for Casual Cleaners in Perth to join a small, friendly team with a very specific skillset. We don’t clean offices or houses. We clean critical environments data centres, cleanrooms, laboratories, and other high-tech facilities where precision isn’t a buzzword, it’s a requirement .

Key Responsibilities

You won’t be vacuuming open-plan offices or emptying bins. Your work matters.

• Maintain critical customer environments data centres, cleanrooms, laboratories, and other controlled spaces to the highest possible standards 
• Work both autonomously and as part of a small, coordinated team, depending on the site and scope of work
• Carry out scheduled cleans during evening and weekend shifts as required (minimal disruption to client operations is part of our value proposition)
• Follow strict procedures and industry best practices. This isn’t “clean until it looks clean” it’s clean to ISO 14644 standards, particle counts, and validation-ready finishes 
• Operate specialist cleaning equipment specific to technical environments full training provided
• Represent BACS professionally at all times. You’re not just a cleaner; you’re a specialist technician in a niche field

Qualifications

We’re looking for experience, reliability, and the right mindset.

You must have:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience you understand how to work efficiently, follow procedures, and maintain consistent standards 
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work. You notice what others walk past
• Reliability, punctuality, and accountability. Our clients schedule cleans around their operations; we need people who show up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll interact with clients and site contacts
• Basic English proficiency written and verbal
• Legal right to work in Australia

Desirable (but not essential):

• Construction White Card useful for certain site access requirements 
• Current National Police Check many of our client sites are security-sensitive 
• Australian Citizenship preferred for some high-security government or defence-related sites 

Experience in healthcare, facilities management, or other regulated cleaning environments is also welcome.
