Your Role on Site

As a vital support member of our crew, you will assist with a wide range of tasks to keep our projects moving efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and tools around the job site.
• Assisting carpenters with framing, erecting walls, and building roof structures.
• Helping to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and temporary safety structures.
• Preparing sites by levelling earth, clearing rubble, and piling salvaged materials.
• Operating or tending to basic construction equipment under supervision.
• Helping with site cleanup and maintenance, ensuring a safe and organized work area.
• Following all safety directives, including assisting with traffic control when required.
