Key Responsibilities

In this active, on-the-road role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operating a variety of tools and machinery, including concrete saws, mixers, jackhammers, and grinders.
• Assisting with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and other materials.
• Performing concrete repairs, resurfacing, and applying sealants and waterproofing compounds.
• Helping to prepare job sites, including cleaning and prepping surfaces for treatment.
• Assisting with basic estimates, material calculations, and daily progress reporting.
• Maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe worksite.

 What You Bring to the Crew

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• 2-3 years of experience in construction, labouring, or a related field.
• Experience with common construction tools and equipment (concrete saws, mixers, drills, etc.).
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation; a vehicle may be supplied for work use.
• The physical capability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various outdoor conditions.
• Your own steel-toed safety boots and a cellular phone for communication.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
