Key Responsibilities

As a Deli Associate, you will ensure our deli department operates smoothly and serves customers efficiently. Your core duties will include:

• Providing friendly and helpful service to customers, taking orders, and skillfully slicing and preparing fresh meats, cheeses, and other deli products to their specifications.
• Preparing deli items such as rotisserie chickens, salads, and side dishes. Strictly adhering to all food safety standards, including temperature controls, product rotation, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Actively zoning the deli area to keep it tidy and well-organized. Rotating stock, checking for expired products, and ensuring all items are accurately signed and priced.
• Safely and efficiently using deli equipment such as slicers, rotisserie ovens, and fryers after receiving proper training.
