In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering premium, ethically sourced grass-fed meat directly to customers’ doors across Perth. Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in the final step of our customer’s journey. Your key duties will include:

Safely operating the delivery van to transport orders, ensuring all products are kept at the correct temperature and handled with care.
Making timely, accurate, and friendly deliveries to customers across the Perth metropolitan area.
Loading and unloading your vehicle, managing delivery records, and collecting valuable customer feedback.
Providing outstanding, personable customer service at every stop, representing our brand values.
Strictly adhering to all health, safety, and food handling protocols to maintain our high-quality standards.
Working flexibly across a mix of early morning and late afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

A valid Australian Class C (Car) driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
Great knowledge of the Perth metro road network and comfort using navigation technology.
A strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.
The flexibility to work the required hours: Tuesday and Thursday (11am – 7-8pm) and Wednesday and Friday (6:15am – 2-3pm).
Full working rights in Australia.
Previous delivery experience, especially with food or perishable goods, is highly regarded.
