Key Responsibilities

You will be a key ambassador for DHL, ensuring safe, reliable, and professional service for our customers.

• Safely operate vehicles (MR, HR, HC, or MC) to complete local, multi-drop, or linehaul deliveries according to strict schedules and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-start vehicle checks and maintain accurate electronic and paper-based delivery documentation.
• Load and unload freight safely, ensuring secure restraint in compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional, professional customer service at every delivery point, building strong relationships on behalf of DHL.
• Adhere without exception to DHL’s ‘Safety First’ standards, fatigue management rules, and all road transport legislation.
• For specialised roles (e.g., Knoxfield), safely operate vehicle-mounted cranes in accordance with training and site requirements.

Qualifications
