Key Responsibilities
Your role will be central to our daily site operations, combining logistics support with essential site duties. Your key tasks will include:
- Safely transporting workers and materials to and from the project site using a company vehicle.
- Conducting initial site surveys and taking accurate measurements to support project planning.
- Ensuring the worksite adheres to all safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining company vehicles, keeping them clean, tidy, and in good working order.
- Actively loading and unloading materials, contributing directly to the project’s progress.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid Class 3 driving license.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
- The ability to work a 5.5-day workweek, with flexibility for overtime as needed (weekdays typically end between 6-7pm).
- Salary Ranges 20$ per hr depends on experience
- Basic English communication skills to interact effectively with the team.
- Possession of a BCSS (Building Construction Supervision Safety) certificate and a Work-at-Height for Supervisors certificate will be a significant advantage.
- A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
