Key Responsibilities

In this active role, you’ll be essential to our daily operations. Your key duties will include:

• Carefully packing, loading, securing, and unloading furniture and household items onto our removal vehicles with a focus on preventing any damage.
• For licensed candidates, driving removal vehicles; for others, working effectively as an offsider to support the driver and team.
• Providing friendly, professional, and reassuring service to clients throughout the moving process.
• Strictly following all workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself, your team, and our clients’ property.
• Conducting basic vehicle checks and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of our trucks.
• For pre-pack roles, efficiently and carefully packing clients’ goods into appropriate boxes and containers.

Qualifications

We are looking for team members who combine physical capability with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in furniture removal, logistics, or a similar manual handling role.
• For driving positions, a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence is essential.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to safely lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy and bulky items.
• Excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to follow procedures.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• A positive, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine desire to help our clients.
