Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in painting, with a bonus for those with formal qualifications. We welcome applications from 2nd or 3rd year apprentices, though qualified tradespeople are preferred.

  • A strong, dependable work ethic with excellent punctuality and a commitment to seeing a job through to completion.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow your skills.
  • The physical fitness required for the role, including comfort working at heights, lifting materials, and being on your feet for the day.
  • A minimum of a restricted driver’s license and reliable own transport to get to various job sites.
  • Must be drug-free, presentable, and someone who takes pride in representing our company professionally.
