Key Responsibilities
In this essential support role, you will ensure our factory remains a safe, tidy, and efficient place to work. Your key duties will include:
- Performing general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the factory to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Conducting basic maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as painting, minor repairs, and looking after floors and work areas.
- Safely lifting, moving, and organising materials, boxes, and finished products as required by the production team.
- Proactively identifying and addressing small maintenance issues before they become problems.
- Assisting with a variety of odd jobs and practical tasks to support the day-to-day flow of factory operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on, dependable individual with the following attributes:
- A practical, can-do attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work.
- Good physical fitness and comfort with manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and see tasks through to completion.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Basic handyman or maintenance skills are an advantage, but a willingness to learn is most important.
