Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Worker, you will have a varied set of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily duties will include:
- Transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment safely throughout the plant, using manual handling techniques or powered equipment like pallet jacks.
- Checking, weighing, sorting, packing, and crating materials and products to prepare them for the next stage or shipment.
- Assisting machine operators and assemblers with their tasks to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Operating specific machinery as trained, following all standard operating procedures.
- Performing general labouring duties and maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal applicant will have:
- A commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow protocols diligently.
- Good attention to detail and a focus on quality in all tasks.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
- Physical fitness for manual handling, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.

Some secondary school education is beneficial. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate the right attitude.
