Key Responsibilities

You will play a direct role in our daily success. Your key tasks will include:

• Safely operating and monitoring assigned machinery and equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance throughout your shift.
• Assembling components and products by following detailed specifications, blueprints, and quality guidelines with a keen eye for detail.
• Performing scheduled quality checks and routine inspections on both the equipment and the products you handle, documenting any variances or issues.
• Keeping your workstation and the surrounding area clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to strict 5S principles.
• Actively following all company safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) without fail.
• Working closely with your line supervisor and teammates to communicate effectively, solve problems, and achieve the team’s daily production targets.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production environment.
• A completed four-year undergraduate degree in any field. Your degree demonstrates your learning capacity and commitment.
• Vocational training or specific certifications related to manufacturing such as CNC operation, welding, mechanical assembly, or electrical work are a significant advantage and highly preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical instructions and operational manuals.
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality.
• The physical fitness to perform manual tasks and the readiness to work in Taiwan under a proper working visa.
