Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all accommodation, common, and work areas
- Clean, restock, and organize rooms, kitchens, and dining facilities to meet hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations including assisting with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness
- Serve beverages and manage retail areas while ensuring stock and presentation standards
- Maintain outdoor areas to ensure they are tidy, safe, and visually appealing
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures consistently
- Assist other departments as required to ensure smooth operation of the site
Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
- High attention to detail and ability to complete physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in remote locations under hot weather conditions
- Western Australian Driver’s Licence required
- Flexibility to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, on a 14/7 roster
