Your Core Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the key to maintaining a pristine and safe work environment. Your primary duties will include:

Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping floors.
Ensuring all restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Managing waste by collecting, emptying, and properly disposing of all trash and recyclables.
Conducting floor care maintenance such as stripping, waxing, and buffing hard surfaces, as well as shampooing and applying anti-static treatments to carpets.
Cleaning interior windows, light fixtures, and other building fixtures to maintain a bright, welcoming environment.
Following all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Completing any additional related duties as assigned to support the facilities team.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Required Qualifications:

A High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in custodial or commercial cleaning work.
The ability to meet and maintain a government security clearance, which will involve a thorough background investigation.
Strong physical stamina and mobility to perform demanding tasks, including extensive walking, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting.
The ability to reliably lift up to 60 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds on occasion.

Helpful Skills and Abilities:

Experience working safely at heights using ladders or stepladders.
Keen attention to detail to recognize maintenance issues or safety concerns.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
A reliable, self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to following company policies and standards.
